A boy allegedly killed his 8-year-old next-door neighbor, witnesses say because the small little girl didn't let the boy see her new puppies.

Does not letting a boy see your dogs cost you your life? Well it did cost a little girl named Makayla on Saturday 3rd of October 2015. A 11 year old boy was playing outside on the porch when he saw the little girl, he asked if he could see the puppies and when Makayla responded with “no” the boy was enraged and went too retrieve the 12 gauge shotgun and delivered that fatal blow. His parents had the shotgun possessed under their names; the gun had no locked doors or compartments before you could retrieve the gun.

The community of White Pine is a small town, which is located about 40 miles east of Knoxville where shocked that the little girl was shot where the wounds were that damaging it caused her death. The girl was found “lying on the ground with a gunshot to the chest,” Sheriff McCoig said.

The girl was rushed too Morristown-Hamblen Hospital where she was pronounced dead. The police haven’t released the name of the murder but he has been charge with first-degree murder and will be sentenced to a juvenile detention center till his legal age then will be sent to a normal jail. The sentence hasn't been figured out yet and the little boy will stand trial.

The parents were shocked and had this too say. “She was a precious little girl,” Latasha Dyer said. “She was a mommy’s girl. No matter how bad of a mood you were in, she could always make you smile.” The little girl Makayla was leaving behind a brother, three sisters, her parents, numerous grandparents and great-grandparents. Latasha also told the press. “Our precious daughter went to her Heavenly home Saturday, October 3, 2015.”

The Little boy actually bullied the little girl at school. "He was making fun of her, calling her names, just being mean to her," she said. "I had to go the principal about him and he quit for a while and then all of a sudden yesterday, he shot her." It is disturbing how such a young girl died from a act that wasn't even harmful for this boy. It also sparks more controversy on gun laws in America with the Oregon College shooting happening 2 days before the tragic incident.
