Gun laws in America have to change if the serial killing of innocents is to stop.

There have been too many occasions where people have lost there lives from absolute lunatics going in to places (schools, shops, cinemas and airports} and killing multiple harmless civilians. In states around the U.S gun laws vary but it is still too easy to purchase a dangerous firearm. In some states all you have to be is 21 years or over. In others you need a license, which involves a police check if there is no charges or felonies they are given the all clear.
Barrack Obama, the president of the United States, has been in the middle of this debate changing the gun laws, since he came into office in 2008. There has been 21 shootings since Barrack has been in office and 160 people have died in these massacre shootings. The most tragic shooting was in 2012 with the shooting at the premiere of the new batman film with 12 dying and 58 injured a cinema is a comforting and relaxed place and with these shooting it changes everyone mind. In the U.S debate around gun laws is very hot at the moment as the Origen shooting happen 20 days ago, and also another thing that happened recently was the killing of the 8 year old because the 11 year who killed her couldn't see her dog. People in the United States are in a standoff with activists that want to keep guns legal. It pretty much is a 50-50 bout and Barrack gets to make the decision. Most of the activist who support guns should be legally think that their kids should have guns with them at all times so if a shooting happened, they could protect themselves and others. But, you have to think to yourself what happens if a kid like that is angered or gets upset I believe that could be a formula for disaster. In multiple speeches that Barrack has made he has referenced Australia, which is a prime example of a place with harsher gun laws and less mass shootings.
In Port Arthur, Tasmania 1996 a massacre shooting happened and 35 people were killed and 24 where injured is was the last straw for John Howard through history of gun violence in Australia. He restricted the gun laws in Australia and since then the frequency of massacre shooting to America has been a minimal and rarely happens. In the U.S less than 50% of people who killed people in a massacre shooting obtained that gun legally from a business of the dangerous firearm. America really need to restrict there guns laws so people who can cause threat to there surrender with this guns because of the last 12 deadliest shooting in America 6 have happened since 2007 and onwards. America need to make change there gun laws before another shooting so they can stop it before its to late.
